After we could not secure a site in Oxford for a long time, Oxford Cohousing set up working groups to pursue a variety of alternative options. One group found a beautiful site outside of Oxford, near Abingdon, and established Stonehill cohousing. Stonehill cohousing is now incorporated as co-operative society and aims for members to move in within this year.
Stonehill cohousing is currently looking for people who want to invest into a low impact, affordable, cooperative living project that also aims to represent a major community hub in the southern Abingdon area and beyond.
